Holiday rates are $410.00 for up to 4 persons. Extra persons
$25/ea.

Two night minimum stay is required for
weekends in October through April (excluding holiday).

Three night minimum stay is required for all
In-Season dates and most holidays.

Four night minimum stay is required for
Thanksgiving and Easter weekend.

Five night minimum stay is required for
Christmas and the New Year holiday periods.

Returned personal checks are subject to a
$45.00 charge.
