Current Rates Per Night Are:

  • $375.00 for up to four persons.  Extra persons, $25/ea. Bedrooms provided as needed. Maximum number of people allowed is eight.
    Holiday rates are $410.00 for up to 4 persons. Extra persons $25/ea.

  • Add 11% Mariposa County tax to prices.

  • Cleaning fee $100.00.

  • Two night minimum stay is required for weekends in October through April (excluding holidays).

  • Three night minimum stay is required for all peak season dates and most holidays.

  • Four night minimum stay is required for Thanksgiving and Easter weekend.

  • Five night minimum stay is required for Christmas and the New Year holiday periods.

  • Returned personal checks are subject to a $45.00 charge.

  • Current rates and requirements are subject to change and are not renegotiable after booking.
