Yosemite Reservation Policies:

• To reserve the dates you desire to stay, a $300 "Rental Security Deposit" is required. Reservation dates will not be held without a deposit. This deposit holds your reservation date until your stay begins, provides security against damage you may incur to the rental during your stay, and is fully refunded after you leave, provided there hasn't been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement, including the clean-up procedure, phone use, and no smoking/no pets policy.  This is a no smoking facility.  If you smoke in or around the house you will forfeit the entire $300.00 rental security deposit.

• If you wish to cancel your reservation before you have paid the rental fees, the "Rental Security Deposit" will be forfeited unless we are able to make substitute reservations for the same dates with another person, at which time your "Rental Security Deposit" will be refunded to you, less a $45.00 cancellation fee.

• Rental payments are to be paid in full no later than four weeks prior to your reservation.  Holiday periods are to be paid in full no later than six weeks prior to your reservation.  Rental payment may be made with personal check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). 

• If a cancellation occurs after full rental payments have been made, the rental security deposit will be fully refunded, however, rental fees will be forfeited unless we can secure a substitute reservation for the dates being cancelled.  If substitute reservations are made to replace the dates that you cancel, all rental fees for those dates will be completely refunded, less a $45.00 cancellation fee.  Rental fees will be retained for any of the dates that you have cancelled and we were unable to acquire substitute reservations for.

• Tire Chains are required to be carried in your vehicle while traveling inside Yosemite National Park during the winter months (October thru April), as they may become mandatory at any time.
  (Tire snow cables are not recommended.  Please use chains for best traction.)
