Yosemite Reservation Policies:

The rental price is based on a flat rate, up to the maximum occupancy of eight persons.
We do not charge a cleaning fee or reservation fee, and there is no security deposit.
A two-night reservation deposit is required at the time you make your reservation.
The balance due, if any, will be automatically debited from your credit card one month prior to your arrival date.
A second reservation confirmation will be sent to you as a follow-up and reminder of your stay.

Reserve our Yosemite vacation home for about the same price per person, and enjoy a private location in the Park that can't be beat! More space, more privacy, more amenities, NO crowds! All too often, we have travelers dropping by our check-in office, and they say "You mean we could have stayed here, instead of 1-2 hours away outside the park!" Don't forget: Location! Location! Location!
